Our brains never stop working, even when we’re in bed and even when we’re asleep. So stopping our brain from working is not feasible, but what can and should be done is to increase our rest time. Meditation, walks in nature, naps and hobbies are everyday things we can do to bring more rest to our brains. Something else that can also do this at the moment is looking at calming images.
