You can store eggs for longer by coating them in vegetable oil and putting them in the fridge.
Drying of chips.
If your crisps are accidentally left in the humid air, you don’t have to throw them away. Place a napkin on the plate, the chips on it, then place another napkin on top and microwave for 30 seconds. After that it will be as good as new.
Perfect for fried eggs.
You will need a jar ring for this. Put this in the pan and then crack the eggs into it. This way the eggs won’t runny, but be careful, if you’ve poured them in and you see that they’re no longer runny, you’ll need to remove the ring.
